I have been on this journey of health for about 8 years and was thrilled to see Mindvalley was offering this certification. My journey started when I was diagnosed pre-diabetic, severe asthma and never ending allergies. I started with the mainstream approach and immediately realized this was only going to put me in an early grave. I then started what I refer to as my first true awakening when referring to health and the rest is history. Holobody has been an essential part of my routine and has helped me to continue to gather pieces of my personal puzzle of health, longevity and over all wellness. I am grateful to be a part of this amazing journey.
