The reason I enrolled in this quest was to broaden my knowledge and skills and to explore opportunities for the above.
I would recommend this course to others to provide structured and detailed framework to improve your relationship with your body, to dive into how to transform your daily habits to keep your body and mind healthy and to meet your future goals in life.
Areas of my life in which I’ve noticed the biggest changes are my daily food choices to protect my body from harm, my overall body composition and strength and making great progression with developing greater inner stillness.
My top insights during/after the course were how important body intelligence is, how I must listen to and respond to my body, how are bodies are constantly evolving and need to be celebrated and how strong I can feel!
