"This program provided the practical business strategies"

I had completed a Coaching Certification program previously but still did not feel equipped to cope with the real-life issues of a business. My background is in business and finance but from an in-house management perspective. I needed to figure out how to approach and create strategies from an outside-in approach. This program provided the practical business strategies to really hone in on what the small and mid-sized businesses will require. As a result, I feel more competent to step into my desired role as a business coach.
