My name is Silvia La Corte, I must say that this is not my first program with Mindvalley and it will not be the last.
At this moment I am going to be talking about the Business Coach Certification Program, and I must say that before going through this process I had spent the last 8 years trying to build a healthy organization while belonging to some Network Marketing companies (at different times). To be honest, sales is not my field of education, but I was not close to learning how to do it. On the other hand, I loved the idea of generating recurring earnings, which were also based on the work of a team, not just my work.
But my blockage came when I realized the lack of skills coming from team leaders, and from there, I understood why there is such a bad reputation in this type of business model in general because people are not ready (I included), to assume the emotional challenge required to participate in this type of activity, we are waiting for the work to be done for us or worse still we want to achieve extraordinary results without undergoing an extraordinary transformation in the process.
That aha-moment together with the decision to make the process of creating a healthy and sustained organization work for me and each one of the members was the main reason that prompted me to take this program... Today I can not be more grateful for my decision...
Thanks to this program I have been able to strengthen and teach new learning techniques both in myself and to each member of the marketing organization that has been growing since then.
Now my life is simply dedicated to continuing to strengthen my soft skills as a person, growing my businesses, and helping each member of my team to forge themselves as a leader, person, and as entrepreneur.
