Before I took the before I took the Certified Business Coaching course many of my personal aspirations felt just out of reach; I wanted to support and serve people and organizations that I was passionate about. I was already a coach of individuals and in the industry for 20 years, but I did not have any business theory or systems knowledge. I also had a strong desire to start a private coaching practice and didn't feel equipped to implement my vision without the strategic best practices, templates, and confidence in how to run a well-thought-out business. Thanks to this certification and the larger community I'm more prepared to serve and contribute to the growth of people and Organizations that I care deeply about without reservation. The quality and care of the content is priceless. I no longer have deep-seated concerns that I may inadvertently steer a business in the wrong direction or to an unsuccessful decision. I feel confident that I'll be able to sit at the boardroom table and advocate my position about the challenges the company faces and coach them to a successful outcome.
