"Thanks to the program, I can easily flex between coaching hat and consulting hat"

Before this program, I run my own business strategy firm, Empowered. We do both business strategic transformation work and culture/people strategy work, especially around diversity, equity, and inclusion. 
I found that to work with smaller firms, coaching and a coaching style was really necessary to inspire and effectuate real action with my strategy clients. 
So, I became a student in the coaching program to learn and hone my coaching skills to accompany my already masterful consulting skills. 

Thanks to the program, I can easily flex between coaching hat and consulting hat and have designed a new offering for smaller firms that includes both for greater results.
