Before this program, I was super confident Life Coach and comfortable with 1o1 settings. CBC gave me tools, knowledge and practise that showed me I already have what it takes and know what I need to know, in my area of expertise, in order to help in larger scale. By the end of the programme, I was super confident that I can use new tools and how a good idea how to do that in groups. The pods themselves were a great place to observe and be inspired on the structure for large groups. The Mentors coordinating the live calls were truly great, and I didn't miss a call because of that! So grateful for the abundant sharing from everyone, the vulnerability that allowed great practise and true connections to be formed. I made friends in this programme that I know will last very very long!
