I have for many years been using parts of the coaching techniques when working with customers, where the real challenge happens to be the mindset of the customer rather than the technical scope. In 2020 new challenges started for the business owners which made it clear for me, that I needed to improve my coaching skills. When I heard about the Certified Business Coach program, I sensed a match to the needs I had identified so far.
I've had many 'aha' moments throughout this course as I discovered that I already had some knowledge stored deep down in the machine room - but never thought of it in this context.
I am truly grateful for all that Fran ("the mother of our class"), Ajit ("the happy uncle"), Sid ("the new kid on the block") and the whole Evercoach team have done to make this an amazing experience by putting together coaching fundamentals with business fundamentals in to an operational model, that I am looking forward to implement in my business tool box.
