..And Certified Business Coach was one of those for me.
I am a freelance consultant for 3 years now and one year ago, at the beginning of the pandemic, I wasn't happy. I had an internal conflict about my job.
As a consultant, I didn't have the impact I wanted on my client. At the same time, I started to coach friends and acquaintances on their mindset and business and a lot hadn't the time to go further. They wanted help to gain clarity, but they also wanted tools, strategies and quick results.
I was embarrassed: "it is not the role of a coach to give answers", I told myself. Even if I deeply wanted too. That's where momentum is beautiful.
At this precise time, it was the CBC Kick off, and my mind shifted. I could be both coach AND Consultant. I tried the approach some times and it worked really fine!
So I enrolled for the Certification to go deeper in my coaching skills and I was just amazed by the quality of the course, the stories, the exercices, the wonderful people I met both in the Evercoach Team and in students. And even as a consultant, I rediscover some tools I use in a different way. THAT is exciting! For long story short : Great course, great people, Incredible experience! I am not the same Quentin than before the certification and I'm just deeply exciting for the upcoming futur ? The value Evercoach team is bringing is just priceless, so jump in, play the game seriously, sweat, be steady, and enjoy the ride ?? With all my love and appreciation!
