Before this program, I have been working as a stress and life coach for leaders for the past 4-5 years. Prior to that, I have 30+ years of experience in small to midsized businesses working with marketing, sales, leadership, strategy, and HR. Since I primarily work with leaders - and coaching for me is about all aspects of life - I really wanted to have the tools to help my clients also optimize their business life. During the CBC program, I was really blown away - the structure, the tools, the community, Ajit & his generosity - it is so beautifully made, and so easy to apply to my coaching of leaders!
Going forward I have been inspired to come up with some new programs for female leaders since I'm on a mission to see more female leaders in the world! Why? Because I truly believe that diversity and gender equality at the top level in businesses will help transform the world into a better place for all :-)
