Some years ago, I started a personal journey of discovering my passions within Mindvalley, and I have become passionate about Ajit Nawalkha's books on Coaching. When the Certified Business Coaching (CBC) "Manifesto" came out, I truly took the courage into my own hands to embark on this wonderful adventure. With this certification I have truly taken a quantum leap in my skills that I could not have done alone without such a masterfully created path and a splendid tribe. I see everything very differently now, from my current job in technical field in a large Corporate where I am able to move very differently because now I have understood the mechanisms and points of improvement (personal, ad team, with leadership), to the relationship with my family members with whom I can have a more effective and motivational dialogue, to my future. I started by immersing myself in completely new notions for me, and trusting Evercoach because I clearly perceived its core values ​​and recognized myself in it. I discovered a passion, I gave a direction to my natural inclination to listen, to curiosity and to want to help and make an impact. I recommend this path because whether you want to be a professional coach or use these skills to be a better leader or entrepreneur, it can truly give you resources of the highest value. 
My top 3 takeaways after finishing this Certification are: If you've never done something that doesn't mean you can't start, take the courage and go. Listen to your passions, name them, draw them, convey your enthusiasm to others, you will be rewarded by life itself in a million ways. I see too many people frustrated with their work and stuck in harmful mechanisms or company cultures, the figure of the coach can make a real difference.
