I joined this program because I wanted to learn more about business, and it did that. Then it went further and gave me a clear picture of what a coach is and what a business coach actually does. The program is packed with useful tools that cover every part of a business: people, finance, marketing, product, clients, and operations. I learned how a successful business is organized, and why companies fail or underperform when they skip even one of the core building blocks.
The community is fantastic, and most people are already in the business world. Ajith explains things clearly, and in the live sessions he’s fast, compelling, and thoughtful with his answers, showing real depth in both business and coaching. Eric is an awesome support. He brings a lot of knowledge and shares insights that amplify what you learn.
I chose this program because I was thinking about changing my career. Now it feels like a new door has opened. I have a real chance to start again with better tools to help businesses around the world, and that is exciting.
