How my life shifted towards Bliss
I feel blessed to be a Mindvalley Member. Its Quests/Certifications have become as air for breathing
to me. My life is filled with Life each and every single day. To add Energy to this state of Bliss contributed the Certified 10X Coach Program. It is a Masterpiece in Health & Fitness, created by a genius mind called Lorenzo Delano.
I was sick and in pain for several years. I could hardly move my arms and I loved training my body. The two sides of this issue were incompatible. And there was a voice in my mind whispering to me: the problem is not the problem, your relation with the problem is your problem...then I remembered Vishen's words: It's not the practice that makes you perfect, it's the perfect practice that does it...and then, I came across the Certified 10X Coach Program...and you know what?- Magic started to happen. Only in three months, two days per week, 15 minutes per session, I was pain free in both my arms, I lost 2.7 kg in Fat Mass, I gained 2.4 kg in Lean Mass, I increased my strength 85%, my heart works lighter, my blood glucose is very healthy, my body looks better, my self-esteem is higher and my body and mind functions way better than before. This Certification took me from a state of pain to a state of high energy, vibration and frequency. If this is not magical, please tell me what it could be!!!
