Thanks to this program it has empowered me to expand my expertises in the field of health and fitness 
I have been coaching for many years (CrossFit, Personal training along with coaching sport teams in my school environment). This course has widened my viewpoint on training for the wider community including people who don’t have great amounts of time and the interest in high performance training on a daily basis. The busy Mom and CEO who don’t prioritise resistance training but know they need it in their life. 
When I started this course in November I was on peak fitness, I fell pregnant in January so I got to experience 10X training as a fit individual to a tired and nauseas pregnant person. I quickly began to realise that high intensity fitness is not always realistic for every individual with life events. While I felt some days hard going I always managed to get the 2 10X sessions in a week which allowed me to feel as good as could be knowing that I had given my body a minimal dose of resistance training to maintain my bone health and continue to hold onto muscular endurance during this time in my life when lots of women give up resistance exercise. 
10X is possible as you know at the end of 12-15 minutes you will have achieved a complete functional movement routine and It always set me up for the day feeling strong and ready for day ahead.
