"After taking this Quest I feel 15 years younger"

Before this Quest my health was spiraling to serious concern with weight, blood sugar levels, cholesterol etc. After a ski accident I was told I might not walk again and if I did, I would limp and never run etc. 

After taking this Quest I feel 15 years younger. I lost 30 lbs, my blood sugar levels are healthy, and my visceral fat reduced to athletic healthy levels which was incredible as I am in my sixth decade. 
I enjoyed a ski holiday in the middle of this quest and can do all the squats and lunges they said I would never manage....without pain! 

The reason I enrolled in this Quest was to feel better and to find a new relationship with my health and one that is aligned to healthy mind, body and spirit. This program empowers one's spirit and mind while working on tangible physical improvements. My doctor is blown away. What I was hoping to achieve and learn was how to help other musicians and entrepreneurs (I teach Entrepreneurship at the university and am a musician) to be fitter when performing and aiming for peak performance. 
What I learned was stunning in how to achieve better physical health, vibrant skin, focus and a regained vitality. 

Three reasons why I recommend this Quest are that anyone can start and make this a short or long-term project. 
I have now coached three women, one who struggles with weight since childhood, one who is 84 and one just after menopause. All three made tremendous progress, and feel stronger after just a few weeks. 
Secondly, to empower oneself by investing in your own health is primary. Having been stuck in a wheelchair, to be able to move freely and fast and well is the greatest gift. Emotionally the shift from disabled to enabled has been life-changing. 
Thirdly, the science shared eradicates so many ambiguities and myths about healthy eating, healthy exercise and how to recover when injured. The knowledge of these instructors is second to none. 
 
My top 3 takeaways or insights during/after finishing this Quest are that I need more protein on a daily basis, that exercise does not have to take hours and can be super fun, and that the ongoing smaller wins are as exciting or even more exciting than the big shift. Moving with ease and feeling confident that I will only get healthier is a great gift.
