I agree!! They were like an adorably connected brother and sister, so cute watching them interact with each other ?? The dinner party example was perfect! What an amazing reflection when she asked which guest we'd be!

And it was so weird, the meditation experience was different than any other I've tried before, with MindValley or elsewhere (which is a lot!) I felt like I was falling asleep mid way through or near the end, yet I was aware... but when it finished I snapped right back! However, I couldn't remember some of the things that she had said or went over! Hahah but I felt very light and connected ☺??✨ Wonderful experience with Emily Fletcher thank you
