Before taking this quest I was frightened of my dreams. I have had periods of terrifying nightmares and I now realize that as a child I had taught myself to recognize I was dreaming so I was lucid and I would either wake myself up or change the end of the dream.
As an adult, I just defaulted to ending the dream. Having taken the quest I realize that becoming lucid is a gift and that taking notice of the dream, listening to the ‘dreamers'" message and embracing it is very powerful. It has opened my eyes to a completely new and incredibly effective way of healing previous trauma.
Charlie is an amazing teacher and I can’t thank him enough for sharing his gift and his passion with us and for setting my fear of sleep free ??
