Two years ago, I watched Behind Her Eyes. I binged the whole series in a single day and that same night, I had my very first lucid dream.
It happened out of nowhere, but it really marked me. Something clicked. I realised there was a whole world unfolding every night while I slept, and I had barely explored any of it.
I sleep 8 to 9 hours every night.
That’s a huge part of my life and the idea of actually using that time felt incredibly exciting.
So two months ago, I enrolled in Charlie Morley’s Lucid Dreaming Quest on Mindvalley.
Since then, I’ve had seven lucid dreams, honestly more than I expected.
I’ve flown, met my inner guide, and even walked through walls!
But last night was different.
For the first time, I managed to go directly from the hypnagogic state into a lucid dream.
I stayed aware the entire time: the visuals, the transition, even the moment I “fell” into the dream. Absolutely incredible!
Charlie’s techniques really work.
And his enthusiasm and passion for teaching make the whole journey even better.
And now I honestly can’t wait to keep practising, to really make use of those 8–9 hours I spend asleep every night.
If I keep going, that’s almost 30 years of my life that I can finally reclaim and explore consciously.
