I have always seen my dreams as something more than just my brain assimilating information and learnt a bit of Shamanic Dreaming in the past. However, I never really took the plunge properly and completely underestimated the potential of actively engaging with the dreamer in me.
Before this quest, I would occasionally remember dreams and pick up some significance from them. But it felt random quite a lot of the time. It felt like I was playing a guessing game with my subconscious.
Even just after a week or so with the quest, my relationship with my dreams changed a lot, and by the time I was halfway through the quest, I was able to decode my dreams really easily and would remember a lot more dreams (and a lot more from the dreams themselves).
That alone, was huge to me, as it deepened my relationship with myself, my humanity and presented me with heartfelt spiritual guidance. And I wasn't even having lucid dreams yet!
The greatest gift of the programme, I believe, is not about lucid dreaming. But about lucid living. One last note. I had a lot of fun with the quest too! Charlie is so enthusiastic and shares an abundance of inspiring stories and experiences, raw, from the heart.
