I’m a staunch believer in personal development and have taken several programmes & trainings. I am a Master NLP practitioner, A hypnotherapist, A transformational Coach, Solution focused therapist & coach, A certified Mediator & an Advocate. I’m also a teacher. I’m looking to fully accept myself and feel great in my own body. I’m an optimist by nature and tend to see the good in all people - often to my cost! I want to really embrace my authentic side and I am happy to be commencing Live by my own rules soon.
