"In the next 6 weeks I will be....
1. gentle
2. compassionate
3. loving
4. patient
5. respectful
….with myself. I will go through this process consciously, consistently, honestly. "
When I look back, I realize that with this vow I created a safe space for the Lifebook experience, within which I found my way to reconnect with myself and at the same time created a channel through which I can manifest into life all my visions and live a quality life that is in tune with my nature in all areas of my life.
Now that I have completed the first part of the Lifebook program, I have the most precious thing I have ever given myself. I have the Book of My Life. In which clearly, consciously, honestly states who I am, what I want, why I want it, where I am going and how I will achieve it. In addition at the end I formulated my first clear Vision for my life. This is a 4 page document that includes a clearly defined vision for each of the 12 categories.
I came from this level:
My life quotient is 64
My key focus is Character, score 58.
My category of Connectivity is Intellectual life, Score 42.
My category of Strength is Helth and Fitness, score 86.
To this extraordinary level:
My life Quotient: 135
My category of key focus is now Social, score 133 (see you in Masterclass).
My category of Connectivity is Character, score 138.
My Strength Category is Life Vision, score 148.
Throughout the process, my life gradually improved. With small but concrete steps it began to move toward achieving the highest good for me, for my husband, our children, our family, friends and our surroundings.
If my motto two years ago - 2018 was: Just to survive.
At the beginning of the year 2018 I experienced a complete nervous breakdown due to burnout, depression, anxiety and unexplained fear.
And for the 2019, “Let our food be our medicine and our medicine our food.” Hippocrates
I dedicated it to physical and mental health. In the successes I have achieved in the field of health and fitness, I have drawn energy for the field of Parenting and Love Relationship. All the other areas were put aside. But from the wonderful lesson I received a year earlier, I was aware that I would land at the bottom again if I did not begin to compose myself from the inside out and strengthen all the other categories of my life. I felt that I needed to somehow re-establish the connection between my body and my inner being, that I had to break as a child so that I could physically survive after my parents separated. That was the moment I decided for the Lifebook program and became part of this wonderful Comunity.
Is my motto for 2020: BE (to) HAVE
I'm that extraordinary person that makes the decisions and the choices in my life, always in the spirit of achieving the highest good. So that I can have the life that I want for myself, my loved ones and my surroundings.
To the moon and back, I am grateful for this experience.
