I'd say my perspective and my confidence in knowing how to reshape my life (learned from this Lifebook quest) and truly appreciate for all that I already have in life... This state of mind (the perspective!) contributed to the biggest change. (And......just show up each and everyday no matter rain or shine, happy/depressed, no excuses) I know I can do even better, know where to improve, have the know how + tools to keep going and accomplishing my life vision. I also truly want my family and friends to have extraordinary lives. This self discovery process is so valuable...how can you not share it and want your family, friends and so many people who's suffering and feeling lack to not have it?!
