"This process of Lifebook gave me a new prospective on how lucky I am"

Prior to Lifebook:
I have a very successful career in Real Estate (37 years) and airline career (24 years) overlapping, a wonderful caring husband and have travelled the world. I have always been goal orientated, focused, curious and an avid learner. My life is filled with many friends and I love to entertain. I have dealt with with breast cancer twice and refuse to slow down, even after 16 surgeries in one year, chemo and radiation. Puts life in prospective! All is good. I love my job and will continue for awhile longer (64 years old) as long as the phone rings and I am not golfing, playing pickleball, tennis, biking or working out or away seeing how the rest of the world lives.

During Lifebook:
I found the timeline a bit hectic as have lots of clients, showings and a heavy workout routine including WILDFIT program but managed to do the categories and exercises each week on both .....can’t fall behind! I found discussing and reflecting on the many times John(my analytical husband) and I did this process without a pen and paper while travelling or just sitting in front of the fire pit with a glass of wine....laughing. We have been doing this Lifebook thing for 40 years. SUPER GOAL ORIENTATED. Planning and focussing on our financial plans, travel and social plans.
I have always had a vision of WHY I work and play so hard. We have a lovely home, big yard with a big fire pit and friends and family. I still get much satisfaction in helping our clients find a special home or invest for the future as we have done all our lives. I have shed many friends and family that have not had my back or cheered me on in my successes. Jealousy abounds.

After Lifebook:
I have examined each category and reviewed it again and will perfect the actual lifebook notes over the next few months before my major passion (golf) happens in the spring. My relationship has grown stronger and I am thinking of ways to spoil John more often and thank him for all his caring with my health and well being. He is my Calm. I am not easy to live with as a type A go getter! We have sat down since I finished lifebook and done some more financial planning. I continue my quest for my dream body and the 10 - 15 lbs that evades me. Weight training, social life, friends, love and exercise are necessary to maintain my attitude and endless energy so I am ready for the next obstacle I encounter. Even though I have a wonderful life I am always improving, learning and gently guiding people to follow my path. This process of Lifebook gave me a new prospective on how lucky I am and how you can never stop learning, teaching and enjoying life. Thank you for the eye opening experience.
