At the start of this process, despite already having a wonderful life, I was recovering from a soul crushing depression that made it very hard for me see my life clearly. Lifebook took me from 85 to 126 points by making me realize I can construct my life exactly as I please, if only I knew my purpose for each category. I now have a new mindset that made my loved ones say it’s been years since they saw me this joyful and peaceful. And they are right.
