Lifebook quest is a great way to get a holistic view of your life and explore each category. This can be the beginning of so much more by opening up new dimensions and possibilities for the future to come. I really do like Mindvalley, what it stands for and what it offers. It opens up a lot of new doors and possibilities for growth in most areas of our lives. I wish I had got to know something like this when I was younger, so I will definitely pass this information on to my daughter and the next generation that is in the beginning phase of developing their adult lives.
