The Lifebook Online course was one of the most comprehensive, and difficult, courses that I have ever undertaken. Many of the 12 categories took the better part of a day, sometimes more, to complete.
They are all incredibly introspective. I learned through the Intra-spect Assessment that I had scored a critical in the Emotional Life category. Fluctuating emotions was at the core of my breakdowns, and I had not identified this before. I went to work on creating intention statements around my Lifebook categories and committed to reading those intention statements aloud every day. The results are astounding.
The most prevalent transformation occurred in my focus category: Health and Fitness. I was a couch potato that had ballooned up to 211 pounds on a 5'3" frame. I had relatively good eating habits, but I was not active. I shifted into gear and began streamlining my eating regimen. I began to practice Breatharianism (subsisting on pranic energy: light) for six days out of the week, drinking only water and supplements, and then created a healthy eating plan for the one day that I consumed physical food. I had studied and educated myself about pranic breathing for the past year and I found the transition from physical food to pranic food quite easy and effortless. I also began working on my weight machine daily while incorporating qi gong as a warm-up. I no longer am addicted to food and struggling with endless cravings. Within three weeks, I have released 25 pounds. I am never hungry, weak or light headed. I have begun a life of Level 3 Breatharianism and I can see myself continuing this way for the rest of my life -- unless I get pregnant, of course. I have learned through Lifebook to mind my own business when it comes to how God/Universe orders my action steps and the rewards for each of them. I am no longer at war with my own life. I accept it for all its glory and I am looking forward to continued work on my 12-category life.
