Before beginning Lifebook, I was feeling a bit stuck. I was struggling to build my business and felt overwhelmed in that area and rudderless in my personal life.
Completing Lifebook allowed me to tap back into the drive and passion that have gotten me this far in life. The process prompted me to have big and connected conversations with my husband about our life and what we envision for the coming years. It also helped me unearth some limiting beliefs that were holding me back in how I tackled the promotion of my business. There is still more work to be done, but now I know I'm on the right path!
