“The mere format of the program has given me insight as to how to make self improvement programs work.”

The Lifebook program has been, as expected, a life altering experience. I grew up in an achievement focused social culture and had never had problems setting obvious goals and working towards achieving them. My present phase of life took me into parenthood while I simultaneously began to question many of our establishments' systems.
The mere format of the program has given me insight as to how to make self improvement programs work. I have a strong vision of where I'm going, and I'm just getting started!
