Before this quest my life has been the same for as long as i can remember and although i wasn't unhappy i wasn't happy. I was letting others control what i did rather than me being in control. Now after the quest which has been the most amazing journey and had a profound effect already on my life. Health and fitness was an area that i needed to work on and have been skirting round it for years. I've now signed up for couch to 5K and i'm in control of what I eat. I know where and how i'm going to look in 5 years time and confident that it will all happen. I know once I've made changes in this part of my life it will effect others. couldn't recommend this enough.
