"The Lifebook program came at the time when I most needed help and guidance and it delivered in so many ways."

I went from a score 64, which was categorised as a "compromised life" to 84- Moderate happiness. I went from being in crisis to knowing what exactly needed to change (in me!) to improve and change my life.

The Lifebook program came at the time when I most needed help and guidance and it delivered in so many ways. I'm extremely grateful that this program was available to everyone- those who could afford it and those who could not (me being one of those people) and that it came with an accountability system. Without that accountability, I would probably stop half-way through and never finish it, whereas completing the program made all the difference.
