Before Lifebook I was really struggling - especially in mental aspects of life’s- thoughts, fears, doubts.
I am at a transition point in my life - a new season, or phase. I have been struggling with mental challenges for the past several years that have felt crippling. I have been searching for direction and where to take my life from here. I want to feel inspired, joyful and productive for the balance of my life. I have felt lost and dispairing at times.
Lifebook Online has helped me see 12 areas of life and how to plan in each of them. It has helped me chart a course and map out a plan that I can take step by step, day by day to help me think more clearly, feel better, let go of anxiety and depression, and build my life from today, forward. I feel like I have a new lease on life.
I have already noticed subtle changes in my daily living in some of the 12 categories and I am truly grateful for that alone.
I am looking forward to Lifebook Mastery and seeing my life and mental state improve and grow, as joy and abundance become more apparent to me every day. Thank you so much for the guidance. You are correct. It is difficult to do this on your own. It’s so much more effective when you have a group of people you can work together with and guides like John and Missy to help and support in reaching a “Life Vision” that I could not have even considered for myself.
