Before this quest I had a personal system to achieve goals and journal about my aspirations but my vision wasn't that global and clear. The Lifebook system is amazing! It helps dig deep into the main areas of your life: how they are now, what you aim in respect and what to implement to fill the gap. Then It helps you keep on track with your evolution.
