"The biggest way Lifebook changed my life, it helped me design and unify all the different aspects of life and created a compass which I can follow"

This is was the best quest by far, transformational to the core. Not just knowledge but implementation and making it a part of life makes it extraordinary. By highlighting all areas of life and the potential they could bring. I think the planning stage is especially important. Too often people go through life just living, reacting, not designing, not creating. I was one of those people as well. I was swimming in the river of life and just went with the flow; traveling to where the water would carry me. This quest helps you become the captain of your ship and create the direction in which you are going. It helps you create a life by design, not compromising in any area, but instead how to be the best you could be.
I did Lifebook in July 2020. It was fascinating and hard thinking through life and not just living but designing a totally new experience at the time. It was marvelous to go to the beach greet sunrise each morning and then jot down the category one per day. I was already moving in the direction of improving my life and Lifebook helped create a vision and purpose and premise as well as strategy on how to attain.
I have achieved many milestones after completion and continue to improve little by little. One day at a time. I have done it a second time around more recently and was surprised to notice the shifts that have already occurred. If you want to improve anything, you've got to measure it and revert to it often. I was reminded of that when reviewing what I wrote the first time around.
The biggest way Lifebook changed my life, it helped me design and unify all the different aspects of life and created a compass which I can follow. Lifebook should be a part of school curriculum. I would start as early as 7 years old, while kids still have their imagination intact. The skill of creating one's life is most valuable.
