Before Lifebook, I was overwhelmed with my job, my sister's death, taking in a nephew, buying a house and moving. I was doing Mindvalley programs with Vishen Lakhiani and Marissa Peer as I had lost 3 sisters including my identical twin.
I listened to Jon and Missy's story in the free masterclass and took the pre-assessment. To be honest, I wasn't sure if I could raise my score which was already at 127. I so connected to Jon and Missy in the free course that I decided to go for it. Thanks to this program I am now so much clearer about the interconnectedness of these 12 categories. I even learned a lot about myself in the love relationship and parenting categories even though I am single without children. I have participated in several self-improvement programs.
