Thanks to Lifebook, I realized that one big thing that is holding me back from achieving my goals is my low level of fitness. I haven´t paid much attention to exercise as I´ve always seen it as a waste of time and money. I now realized that I´m not able to achieve many goals when my body is not supporting me and my confidence. Thank you!
