Before Lifebook, I allowed relationships to just happen if someone fell into my path. I saw the best in people and allowed boundaries to be crossed that I didn't even know I put up. Thanks to Lifebook, I am able to clearly identify what social interactions are positive and beneficial for BOTH parties and only spend time on the ones that assist me toward my life goals, enhancing them forward as well.
