I began the Lifebook journey feeling great in all categories but two, where I felt stuck and overwhelmed. My life vision and purpose were already fairly clear to me, so it was my wish was that this course would help me put the last pieces of the puzzle into place in order to achieve some key life goals. Lifebook has renewed my motivation, enthusiasm and belief in my ability to do this.
Jon and Missy articulately conveyed so much information and wisdom that it would be difficult NOT to emerge from this experience better, stronger and more positive about life in general. Missy’s softer approach is an angle which I really identify with but I needed to hear Jon’s hard line, and sometimes very confronting, admonishments to wake me up. I knew of many limiting beliefs which I needed to discard – Jon and Missy have uncovered a whole lot more! However, I now understand that I can eliminate them immediately, replacing them with healthier, more productive and progressive beliefs.
I am so excited to move forward and put into place what I’ve learned. I know that once I do, I will be living my ideal life!
