In the past I followed a similar program to Lifebook after reading Fiona Harrold's book 'Be your own Life Coach'. The book was life changing for me as it gave me the courage to prune away certain relationships that I finally realized were not good for me. This was quite some time back and since then so many other life experiences occurred that unfortunately derailed me not just from my goals but from life itself. Must say, it was a very dark place and for quite a long time!
Thanks to LIFEBOOK, I can happily say that I am able to DREAM AGAIN. My success story at this point in time is only on the inside but I believe that's where all success stories start... from inside of us. Our internal architecture; what we believe, what we say to ourselves and how we treat ourselves.
