I have been using Lifebook to create new empowering beliefs that I in the deep of my soul feel joy about and want to realize. In that process my old and more unconscious beliefs come forward and become visible, enabling me to look them in the eye. Becoming conscious of the old beliefs makes it much easier to look at them and my new beliefs, seeing the difference and choosing to say goodbye to the old beliefs. Many of them originate from a difficult childhood, beliefs I didn’t consciously choose.
