I had to make some big changes, shift gears, and had a lot of beautiful and important insights.
I noticed the first categories faded from my daily life as I went through the program, but now I had clearly defined, written goals and strategies to quickly get back on track.
I'm still not where I want to be, but at least I'm working the plan to get there every single day, and that feeling of (slow but steady) progress makes a world of difference. Plus some new important habits are making my days more light, organized, enjoyable and fulfilling.
I'm so grateful for investing time, money and energy into this process because it is changing my life to become as I have been visualising it for years, finally <3
