I appreciated Jon's simple, direct, no fluff way of presenting the information. I found the exercises helped me become conscious of my beliefs, values, and my helpful/harmful behaviors that affect my life in ways that I was not aware before. This should be taught in high school, and refreshed at various points of an individual's life.
