Before LifeBook, I had done a lot of work on myself and had taken lots of courses. This is very different and I loved the focus on working out what is right for me rather than being told what to do. Thanks to Lifebook I now have my thoughts in one place (though I still want to do a lot of work on this to refine it) and I feel a sense of calm and purpose. My husband and I are just in the process of buying our dream house and once we have moved we intend to go through the process again together as the move will have opened up new opportunities that as yet we cannot see. Now I feel that there is a process that I can work with that suits me and by working on this with Mike we will have a common way forward. We both feel inspired by the Lifebook process and are looking forward to seeing what comes next.
