Before we had even reached the finance and career sections I had planned out changes in how I deliver my work and find clients, reached out to my network and determined a way forward. I am not a spring chicken (62 years old) so probably don't feel I can make plans for substantial long term changes, but I know it is never too late to change - I just wish I had done this 20 years ago. Life long health issues mean that fatigue will never be eradicated but a determined focus on becoming at fit as I can be and a simple, doable plan to start off with, has made an improvement in this category a reality. I have determined which categories to focus on first, which will then free me up to plan further improvements, and if my engagement with the process so far is anything to go by, some of the other categories will improve automatically because of the raised awareness I have about my life as a whole.

Before this programme I had got myself into a rut, still doing the work I love but working very long hours and compromising many of my own values to help others, I was tired all the time and financially stressed and feeling trapped. Thanks to this programme I started to make a substantial shift in my thinking within days, just because of the structure and the guidance, and this compounded day by day.
