on the inside there is much greater clarity

I recently left an abusive relationship, so this was a really good time for me to do this.
After 6 weeks of LifeBook, my life is still the same (a big mess on the outside). However, on the inside there is much greater clarity.
Last night when I completed my life vision, it took me 15 minutes to read all of my vision statements! Reading my vision statement for the health and fitness category for the first time in several weeks instantly inspired me to hit the gym the next morning (which I did)!
The best part is this: For decades I struggled with getting out of bed in the morning, but this morning, IT WAS EFFORTLESS! Better yet: upon waking up, I spent a few minutes basking in my life vision, imagining my perfect love relationship. I felt quite sexy, and decided to pour that energy into my workout! Then, I had a super productive day at work! I guess you can apply some "Category 13" principles even if you don't have a partner! Thanks for all the insights, Jon & Missy! I'll stick around for LB Mastery! Kisses from Canada XOXO
