Before Lifebook, I struggled with understanding my resentment for consciously choosing to stay home with my children and leaving my corporate job that paid well and was quite satisfying. Thanks to Lifebook, I was able to reframe my staying at home as a career and see my enormous accomplishment in this area. I have become a certified conscious parenting coach through Dr Shefali Tsabary, transformed my challenging relationship with my daughter and I am now starting a coaching business. I am in full acceptance and gratitude for shedding my resistance and seeing a gift in this! I also recognized that I can literally become incredible in anything I choose to pursue. Being a stay at home mom is temporary and a stepping stone to something greater. I am no longer in a state of dis-ease. Thank you Jon and Missy! My other breakthrough was the excitement I felt when I saw my score go from 130 down to 116 because that signalled to me that I can go much deeper and learn more! In the past I would have seen this as failure whereas now I celebrate it with total joy and excitement. It’s encouraging and powerful!
