I can now see that less is more...less chaos, less crisis, less 'stuff' equals more space - mental, physical, material space...and to surround myself with beauty. But I'm still stuck with 'community'! My challenge through Lifebook was to engage with the community on Facebook..but I didn't do too well! I find it hugely intimidating..although it is full of wonderful people...I get overwhelmed by all the talk! and then I run..run..run! For this reason, I'm afraid to go further with Lifebook until I feel I can embrace the community with more confidence. I have a strong feeling I will be back soon. I have totally loved the journey..and I shall carry on walking the path..with the wise words you have helped me write...just a little slowly! Thank you all for being such beacons!
