What I like is that now we have more set structured ways that allow us to refer back to the different categories in our life and making sure that we keep on track as to what we want to accomplish.

So I'm paying more attention to the way I interact with my children. I'm paying more attention to myself making sure that I'm more consistent. I pay more attention to how I approach my life mission, my quality of life, and giving me permission to enjoy creating, which was not easy before we went through Lifebook.
