Before Lifebook, my approach to life was taking it day by day as I didn’t want to or was scare of what the future held, even if it was only two days ahead. I went through a very difficult divorce as it involved my daughter and this made me super anxious about what would happen the next day when she had to go on her daily visitations. Somehow the transitions were rarely smooth and this agitated my entire being.
Thanks to Lifebook, I have a belief especially in my emotional life & social life category has allowed me to dig deep into this and pushed me to have more clarity into what I want for myself and the vision I have for me first.
And now, my life has a 360 view of where I want to be not only for today but for the next 5, 10 years ahead. To push the boundaries, break the negativity and establish my life vision.
