Lifebook taught me the value of balancing the 12 categories of life. Before joining the programme, I felt a little lost and scared following a difficult transition as I turned 50. After 6 weeks of deep reflection on my life, I realized that poor scores in one category had blurred my appreciation of success in the other categories. Lifebook helped me dissect this category, look inwards to see my healing needs, let go of the past and design my desired future. I am very grateful that I already have a great life; now I have a clear vision of the highest quality of life for me and my loved ones, and the strategies that I will apply daily to get me there!
