Lifebook helps me to bring awareness to the areas I was not aware of. As soon as the consciousness entered the areas, I shift my approaches to daily life. I feel grateful for that! I entered Lifebook after completing Conscious Uncoupling to navigate "leftover" from an abusive relationship. Moving through Lifebook helps me reconnect with the person I was before the relationship and rebuild my life with a systemic approach! My score went from 103 to 128!
